You can rub one on each pulse point or mix them both together.
The white part is the Frankincense perfume and the amber center is Myrrh. Both are naturally derived from infusing the raw resins in coconut oil and then adding beeswax to get a solid perfume. 6 grams in a cute and handy sliding tin.
Rub it onto pulse points, behind ears, as often needed.
